5.4 Single-Box Policy

The use of two or more accounts by the same user is prohibited. Such action will be considered cheating within the game and the corresponding sanction will apply.

  • The steps to follow are described below for the case in which the user is in the same physical location as another user (for example, family members who play together from the same house): A ticket must be created specifying the reason for the request and indicating which accounts will be used from the same location. Other details such as the relationship between the players, if the request is for a limited time or permanent and other relevant information, are welcome to be added in the request.

  • It is strictly forbidden to "boost" one character against another through the use of one or multiple characters, which allows an advantage within the game over other users, even if the accounts had been previously confirmed through a ticket request.

  • In the case of finding a user using two or more accounts simultaneously, for which he did not request prior authorization (due to being in a situation of the same location with respect to another player), such action will be considered cheating within the game and the corresponding sanction will be applied.
